Since 1991 we have focused on development and producing for automotive and aerospace industry.

For 25 years experiences in the automotive and aerospace industries we have achieved the reputation of a flexible and stable supplier of certified products and services.

We permanently dedicate to innovation of existing products and developing new ones.

We are holders of the certification for production of the electronic devices for military aviation and also the certification ISO 9001 and VDA 6.1.

Automotive

SKODA AUTO, VW, AUDI, SEAT, IVECO,....

We are a long-standing stable supplier of SKODA AUTO, not only for line (standard) production of the cars.

We can manage the special tasks of development and production of the modules and the special series of the units with the special function (interfaces, eCall,..). in a short-time period. We are a valued partner in the production of the products as well as the design of the testing equipment for the serial lines.

Over a long period we’ve cooperated with the whole concern VW. We developed the temperature control and the voltage regulation. They are used by other members of the concern, especially AUDI, SEAT and production plants of VW in China.

We also produce and develop electronics (control and signalling units) for trucks for companies Zetor Tractors, Tatra, Iveco Czech Republic,.....

Measuring electronics

Megger Group - SEBA KMT, BD SENSORS,...

The producers of measurement techniques, such as German company SEBA KMT or BD SENSORS, are very specifically exacting customers.

Production and testing of these products are unique for the high innovation demands for limited series and the extreme demands for the scope of the transmitted data from partial and final testing.

Some products are also in EX (explosion proof).

LIGHTING

We used a part of our production capacity and we’ve started with own production of LED lighting.

In the segment of LED tubes we reached the top in the European market.

Of course, the quality is at the first place.

We are able to provide the complete service including the preparation of all documents for the grant programs “Energy savings”.

CUSTOMER PRODUCTION

ŠKODA AUTO, WILHELM KOCH, ZVI VSETÍN, Z.E.M. Polsko, Indet Safety Systems a.s. ,....

We provide development and production of control and remote control circuits (systems) not only for the German company Wilhelm Koch.

In customer application we cooperate with ZVI Vsetín and many other partners.

VDA 6.1

width= certificate

VDA 6.1 contains the requirements for the direct suppliers and sub-suppliers of the parts for automotive industry. There are not evaluated only technical requirements but also the economic and customer aspects.

EKO-KOM, a.s. je autorizovanou obalovou společností, která svým klientům zajišťuje plnění povinnosti vyplývajících ze zákona o obalech.

REMA Systém

REMA Systém, a.s. je neziskově hospodařící akciová společnost, která vznikla pro splnění povinností daných novelou zákona o odpadech.

Hlavním smyslem činnosti REMA Systému je ochrana životního prostředí zabezpečením efektivní recyklace odpadů elektrických a elektronických zařízení (OEEZ). Za tímto účelem REMA Systém zajišťuje organizaci sběru, třídění, nakládání a recyklaci v celé České republice. REMA Systém se zaměřuje na komplexní řešení pro všechny skupiny elektrozařízení.
REMA Systém realizuje projekty Zelená firma, Zelená škola, Zelená obec, Buď líný a re:Balík, v jejichž rámci zajišťuje zpětný odběr elektrozařízení ze škol, firem, obcí a od domácností. Zároveň zastřešuje projekt Trash Made, který je zaměřen na výrobu šperků a doplňků z elektroodpadu.

Společnost REMA Systém je držitelem certifikátů ISO 9001:2015 a ISO 14001:2015. Certifikaci provedla renomovaná švýcarská společnost SGS SA.
